Specify the expected time period starting from the order date onto the Aiello Luxury Website and ending at the actual shipping date to the customer. This time period includes the making of the object (when needed), the packaging and delivery time to the courier.
Aiello Luxurysells art and handicraft products which are sometimes made in small batches (and there is the chance that the object is ready to be shipped), often only when ordered by the customer, and in some other cases the objects are unique.
Unique objects either are ready to be shipped or they are sold out, there is no chance to have another one. In the characteristics of the object you can find the Object Type: “Unique” and the Maximum Handling time (the object may need more than one day to be shipped because of the special packaging needed, etc.).
Objects “Made On Order” need days, weeks or even months to be created. In this case you may find the object type: “Made to Order” and its Handling time within the object characteristics.
Objects “Made In Small Batches” are either ready or you have to wait for the new batch, usually for a few weeks but sometimes a few months. In this case you find the object type: “Made In Small Batches” in the object characteristics, its Handling time when ready (last batch not sold-out) and its Handling time when a new batch is in production.
In any case you will receive the order confirmation e-mail with the planned shipping date on the next business day from your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will also receive an e-mail confirming the shipment with your Tracking Number. Visit the “Track your order” section to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
You can return an object for several reasons:
- the object is different from what you have ordered or from the description in our e-shop;
- the object arrived broken or damaged in some way;
- you have simply changed your mind and you do not want the object any more.
In case you want to return an object, please read and follow the instructions below carefully. Thereby, you will be able to get your money back or the replacement object sooner and you will save us unnecessary work in managing your return request.
You have 15 days to request the return of an object from its delivery. It is easy to issue a return request: just fill-out the form you will find in your order management section on the website or, if you are an unregistered buyer, reply to the shipping confirmation e-mail that we sent you on the shipment of the object saying that you want to return the object.
Please consider that, in any case, you will be requested to pack it in its original packaging and give it to the courier we will send to you for the pick-up even if the object is broken or damaged.
